1. Introduction
These Digital Assets Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of digital assets and services provided by Elysium987 (“Platform”). By purchasing or interacting with any digital assets, including Virtual Cities, Articles, or other virtual properties (“Digital Assets”), and by using or holding ELY, the platform’s official digital token, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Digital Assets: Virtual Cities, Articles, and similar intangible properties offered by Elysium987.
- Platform: Elysium987 website and related digital environments.
- User: Individual or entity purchasing or interacting with Digital Assets or holding ELY tokens.
- ELY Token: The official digital token issued and managed by Elysium987.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in their respective jurisdictions. Elysium987 reserves the right to limit access based on geographic or legal compliance considerations.
4. Digital Asset Ownership
Digital Assets purchased are non-physical, digital-only entities. Purchases grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use and enjoy the Digital Assets solely within the Elysium987 Platform unless otherwise explicitly stated.
5. Rights and Licenses
Elysium987 retains all intellectual property rights to Digital Assets. Users receive only a limited, non-exclusive license to access and utilize these assets within the scope permitted by the Platform.
6. ELY Token Usage
ELY tokens serve as the primary digital currency within the Platform for transactions involving Digital Assets and related services. Users acknowledge that:
- ELY tokens currently have utility only within Elysium987.
- Future blockchain integration may expand the functionality and transferability of ELY tokens.
- ELY tokens do not represent equity or ownership stakes in Elysium987.
7. Purchases and Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars or equivalent ELY tokens unless otherwise specified. Payments are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated by the Platform. Users acknowledge responsibility for ensuring payment methods are valid and authorized.
8. Future Integration of Blockchain and Gamipress
Elysium987 plans to implement blockchain technology in the future. Specific terms, including tokenization and enhanced transaction transparency, will apply upon implementation.
9. Limitations and Restrictions
Users agree not to:
- Engage in illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.
- Resell, distribute, or transfer Digital Assets or ELY tokens outside of the Platform without explicit permission.
- Use Digital Assets or ELY tokens in a manner that infringes upon any third-party rights.
- Submit or promote content containing nudity, pornographic material, tobacco, drugs, alcohol, or political messaging.
- Partner with or promote brands that do not align with the platform’s luxury standards. Only brands with elegant visuals and high-end aesthetics will be approved.
- Expect refunds after submitting sponsorship artwork. All submissions are final and non-refundable once they have been approved.
- Circumvent or challenge the platform’s right to reject any sponsorship banner that does not comply with these standards.
10. Transferability
Currently, Digital Assets and ELY tokens are non-transferable except within the specific provisions of the Platform. Future blockchain integration may allow regulated transfers subject to additional terms.
11. User Obligations
Users must:
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
- Promptly report any unauthorized activities or security breaches.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to digital transactions.
12. Disclaimers
Digital Assets, ELY tokens, and services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Elysium987 explicitly disclaims all guarantees regarding asset value, token value, longevity, or usability outside the Platform.
13. Liability Limitations
Elysium987 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Digital Assets, ELY tokens, or the Platform.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elysium987, its affiliates, and employees against all liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from misuse of Digital Assets, ELY tokens, or breach of these Terms.
15. Termination
Elysium987 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access at any time for violating these Terms of Service. Termination may result in loss of access to Digital Assets and ELY tokens.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data as described in the Elysium987 Privacy Policy, available separately.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Elysium987’s principal place of business. Users agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or the applicable courts of jurisdiction.
18. Amendments
Elysium987 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform announcements.
19. Miscellaneous
- If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Digital Assets and ELY tokens between the User and Elysium987.
